Earlier this week, former President Donald Trump shared that his wife, Melania Trump, was so deeply shaken by a particular incident that he couldn’t bring himself to discuss it. During an interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Monday, Trump revealed that Melania had been watching the event unfold live and is still unable to fully open up about it.
“She was watching everything happen in real time. She really can’t even speak about it, which I understand,” Trump said. “I appreciate that she cares so deeply. She thought the worst had happened when I came down,” the former president remarked, reflecting on Melania’s initial reaction.
